SÍLE CORISH MEMORIAL HIKE

Join us for a heartfelt tribute to the memory of Síle Corish, a cherished member of the 12 O’Clock Hills Project Committee. Síle’s passion for nature and her dedication to the community left an indelible mark on all who knew her. As we gather to honor her legacy, we invite you to join us for a special memorial hike amidst the beauty of the 12 O’Clock Hills.
Event Details:
Guided Hikes: Choose from three distinct routes, each guided by experienced trail leaders:
Red Trail (5KM Heritage Linear Walk): Journey through history as you explore the 5KM Heritage Linear Walk, which includes the enchanting Fairyland.
Blue Trail (8.5KM Looped Walk): Immerse yourself in the scenic splendor of the 8.5KM Looped Walk, featuring the iconic 12 O’Clock Hills.
Purple Trail (13KM Looped Walk): For those seeking a more adventurous trek, embark on the 13KM Looped Walk, which includes both Loughavarra Hill and the majestic 12 O’Clock Hills.
Charity Support: All proceeds from this event will be dedicated to Breakthrough Cancer Research, a worthy cause championed by Síle herself. Your participation and contributions will help advance vital research efforts in the fight against cancer.
Registration & Donation: Entry to the event is €10 per person, payable online. If you’re unable to attend but still wish to support the cause, donations are gratefully accepted.
